
Regional Recruiting Associate at Educate

- Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-level positions from job posting to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success criteria
- Create and post compelling job descriptions that attract quality candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews with candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interview panels with hiring managers and team members
- Facilitate interview debriefs and gather feedback from interview panels
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed assessments
- Extend offers, negotiate terms within approved parameters, and close candidates
- Maintain detailed candidate records and recruiting pipeline data in ATS
- Collaborate with sourcing team to define ideal candidate profiles and search strategies
- Review and qualify candidates identified by sourcing specialists
- Develop relationships with passive candidates for current and future opportunities
- Conduct talent mapping exercises for key roles and departments
- Maintain warm candidate pools for frequently hired positions
- Track pipeline health metrics and conversion rates by source and role type
- Provide feedback to sourcing team on candidate quality and market insights
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and growth plans
- Provide market insight to HRBPs and team leaders on roles to inform on workforce planning
- Educate hiring teams on recruiting best practices and interview techniques
- Collaborate with People Operations on onboarding coordination and new hire setup
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in all recruiting activities
- Provide regular updates on recruiting metrics, challenges, and opportunities
- Monitor and improve candidate response times and communication touchpoints
- Gather candidate feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the recruiting process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions and salary expectations
- Provide feedback to continuously improve the team's standardised recruiting processes and best practices
- Monitor key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and offer acceptance rates
- Stay current on recruiting trends and tools relevant to the relevant market
- Participate in professional development opportunities and recruiting conferences
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment is preferred.
- Attention to detail, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Skills in database management and record keeping; Proficiency in G-suites, Excel and email/internet. Familiarity or experience working with an Application Tracking System (we use Greenhouse) is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of requests in an effective and timely manner
- Exceptional judgment in maintaining the confidentiality of employee and candidate information.
