Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Customer Success Intern – International to support client engagement and service delivery for our international operations. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in customer relationship management, communication, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Support follow-ups on international leads under supervision
- Assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Help in preparing quotations and basic documentation
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records
- Support the team in day-to-day customer success operations
- Conduct customer feedback and satisfaction follow-ups
- Practical experience in customer success and client management
- Exposure to international business operations
- Training on CRM systems and communication tools
- Understanding of sales support processes
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM systems is a plus)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Good organization and time management skills
- Hands-on training and mentorship
- Exposure to real clients and business operations
