Bachelor's Degree in Education from a recognized institution
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in subject area
Registration with the Teacher Service Commission (TSC)
Evidence of participation in CBC/E training programs or seminars by the Ministry of Education or TSC
Understanding of competency-based teaching methodologies and frameworks
Strong leadership, planning, and academic tracking capabilities
For Deputy Head of School and Dean of Studies (Boys Senior School) - minimum 5 years of experience holding administrative/leadership roles
