- Proactively monitor multiple tender portals to identify business opportunities and maintain a forward-looking opportunity pipeline.
- Serve as the key account coordinator for opportunities received from stakeholders, ensuring proper routing, assignment, and follow-up.
- Organize regular coordination touchpoints across the team.
- Collaborate with communication teams to support LinkedIn publishing, case studies, and success stories related to A2E ESA.
- Coordinate events, workshops, and training sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain an up-to-date stakeholder database and ensure timely communication.
- Manage the A2E Director's calendar, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries and expense claims.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a consistent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, particularly for LinkedIn.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Collaborative team spirit and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

- You will report directly to the A2E Business AAF & Performance Deployment Director.
- You will collaborate closely with regional A2E teams, communication teams, and various internal stakeholders.
- This is a strategic individual contributor role with broad cross-functional influence and responsibility for enabling coordination and operational effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-6 years of proven experience in sales administration, team coordination, business support, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in organizing, planning, and multitasking.
- Familiarity with tender processes, funding institutions, or donor ecosystems is beneficial.
- Experience in events coordination, dashboard management, or content support is an added advantage.
- High professionalism, customer focus, and a team-driven mindset.
