- 1-3 years in sales, promotions, field marketing, or customer-facing roles (especially in FMCG, construction, or financing).
- Fluency in English and local dialects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence and professionalism in brand representation
- Customer-first mindset and ability to provide real-time support
- Visual merchandising and product presentation skills
- Cultural awareness and understanding of local retail dynamics
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and proactive problem-solver.
- Demonstrated motorcycle riding proficiency will be considered an added advantage.
- Promote Royal Mabati products through market activations, demonstrations, and customer engagements to enhance brand awareness and drive demand.
- Support customer onboarding by providing product information, basic training, and guidance to dealers, stockists, and end users.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and other brand support activities as required.
- Gather customer feedback, market insights, and competitor information, and submit timely reports to support decision-making.
