  • To manage end-to-end vehicle listings across Peach's platforms and be the frontline voice of the brand online – ensuring listings go live fast, look great, and that every question, comment, or DM is handled with attention, clarity, and brand warmth.This role is a blend of sharp operational execution and customer-focused communication – ideal for someone who's both detail-oriented and creative, with a pulse on what buyers and sellers need to hear in order to convert.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesListings Management
  • List every eligible car on Peach's website, Jiji, and Mogo within 30 minutes – 1 hour of receiving full details.
  • Optimize listings with clean, compelling copy and the best-quality photos to drive trust and leads.
  • Delist cars within 1 hour of sale confirmation and ensure pricing/photos remain consistent across platforms.
  • Ensure price changes are reflected instantly on Jiji and Mogo, and tracked hourly on the Peach website.
Social Media Comment & DM Response
  • Respond to all buyer/seller inquiries in comments and DMs across platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, Twitter) within 30 minutes during working hours.
  • Escalate hot leads to the CX team and flag FAQs or repeated concerns to the Marketing Lead.
  • Craft smart, friendly, and helpful responses that reflect Peach's tone of voice and build brand trust.
Listing Accuracy & Flagging
  • Vet every car listing before publishing – check specs, price, photos, and verify it matches our standards.
  • Flag incomplete or inconsistent units to relevant teams (PSFAs, Creative, CX) and follow up until resolved.
  • Track flagged issues weekly and propose ideas to reduce errors or improve workflows.
Collaboration & Cross-Team Sync
  • Work closely with Sales to get accurate car info and price updates in real-time.
  • Coordinate with Creative for missing images or low-quality photos.
  • Notify Product when system/platform issues delay listings or price syncs.
Insights & Reporting
  • Update and maintain a live tracker showing car listings, TAT, flagged issues, and social engagement trends.
  • Share a weekly insights report every Monday at 10am – with key wins, blockers, and improvement suggestions.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Detail-Oriented: You catch small errors others miss – and fix them before they become issues.
  • Fast & Reliable: You work with urgency and consistency, solving issues proactively without waiting for direction.
  • Confident Communicator: Whether it's a listing or a comment reply, your writing is sharp and on-brand – also keeps relevant teams in the loop on listings, flags, and changes.
  • Organized Under Pressure: You know how to juggle multiple platforms, workflows and priorities without dropping the ball and with minimal supervision.
  • Customer centric & Marketing-Savvy: You get what turns a listing into a lead, understand what the customer wants to see, and deliver it.
  • Digitally Skilled: Comfortable using CMS, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Slack, and email.
  • People-First Mindset: Whether it's a seller, buyer, or teammate – you're approachable, clear, and helpful.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1+ year experience in content publishing, listings, community management, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools, social platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, Twitter), and basic design/photo editing tools.
  • Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, classifieds, or automotive marketplaces.
