  • We are seeking a highly motivated, fast-paced, and technically inclined Hybrid Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership. The Executive Assistant will provide direct support in managing daily operations, coordinating with technical teams, assisting in business process improvements, and handling administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:Executive & Administrative Support
  • Act as the primary support for the executive, managing scheduling, calendar, and travel arrangements.
  • Attend meetings on behalf of the executive, capturing key insights, action items, and relaying information.
  • Assist with event planning, including coordinating logistics, ordering meals, and managing vendors.
  • Manage day-to-day overflow tasks including correspondence, follow-ups, and task prioritization.
Technical & Business Process Support
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand projects, tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Research and learn new technologies as needed to support executive initiatives.
  • Assist in process documentation, process creation, and business optimization efforts.
  • Apply principles of Lean / Six Sigma (if certified) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Communication & Coordination
  • Draft, review, and manage executive communications with high standards of professionalism.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely execution of projects, tasks, and deliverables by tracking and following up with responsible parties.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; background in Business, Technology, or related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience as an assistant, coordinator, or analyst is an advantage.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or business process management (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills (a must).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
