- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of senior experience in export sales, international BD, or regional sales leadership
- Experience in paints, coatings, construction materials, or manufacturing industries preferred
- Proven track record in developing and managing international distributor networks
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and market expansion capabilities
- Export Market Strategy: Develop and execute export strategies, identify high-growth markets, and analyze demand, competition, and regulatory requirements across target regions.
- International Business Development: Identify and onboard distributors and partners, establish strong B2B relationships, and lead negotiations for distribution agreements and market entry.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive export sales growth across decorative, industrial, and automotive product lines while achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Distributor Network Management: Build and manage distributor networks, monitor performance, and provide commercial, product, and marketing support to drive growth.
- Export Operations & Compliance: Oversee export logistics, documentation, and compliance with international trade regulations while ensuring smooth coordination with supply chain teams.
- Brand Development in International Markets: Drive brand visibility through trade shows, partnerships, and localized marketing initiatives across export markets.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Export Achieve 20-30% annual growth in export sales.
- Enter 2-3 new regional markets annually.
- Add 5-8 new strategic distributors within the first two years.
