  • Support with the day-to-day procurement requests from the project teams as guided by the Country Procurement Officer.
Office Administration
  • Manages stock of office supplies, office equipment and furniture. Liaises with the ICT department for the support of teams at field level, maintains office and equipment to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Ensures payment of utility bills and follows up on any office repairs.
Logistics and Travel
  • Coordinates logistics and travel for visitors and staff at the project level. Manages SNV Kenya vehicles at field level ensuring all are safe and road-worthy.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in procurement /supply chain management/Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Kiswahili; written and oral.
  • Intermediate /advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Some previous experience in procurement not required but preferred
  • Experience in SAP By Design not required but preferred
  • A fast thinker with creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take initiative, learn quickly and be accountable for results.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be goal oriented, dynamic, passionate and self-starter
  • A person of integrity
