- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base
- Identify new business opportunities in sectors such as logistics, transportation, construction, and fleet management
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports
- Conduct sales training and onboarding for new team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Support the team in closing high-value deals and complex negotiations
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and telematics technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 4–5+ years of experience in sales , preferably in telematics, SaaS, IoT, or technology solutions
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of telematics systems (GPS tracking, fleet management, vehicle analytics)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
