Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base
  • Identify new business opportunities in sectors such as logistics, transportation, construction, and fleet management
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports
  • Conduct sales training and onboarding for new team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Support the team in closing high-value deals and complex negotiations
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and telematics technologies
Requirements Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 4–5+ years of experience in sales , preferably in telematics, SaaS, IoT, or technology solutions
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of telematics systems (GPS tracking, fleet management, vehicle analytics)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
