- Operate and maintain HPLC equipment for routine analysis of raw materials and finished pharmaceutical products.

- Strong understanding of the logistics landscape in Kenya and East Africa (e.g. road infrastructure, customs, transport costs).
- Experience setting up or scaling logistics operations from the ground up is highly desirable.

- Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in the hospitality industry, including multi-property oversight
