Summit Recruitment and Search Africa is a leading Recruitment and Executive Search agency head quartered in Kenya providing outstanding talent to a wide range of companies and NGOs in various business sectors across Africa.Our client, a Luxury retail Company specializing in safari-themed merchandise, is seeking a to oversee their diverse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, sales teams, e-commerce platforms, and consignment partnerships to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.Key Responsibilities:

Manage inventory of goods on consignment, including restocking and allocation to different locations.
Build and maintain relationships with sales teams in various locations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Identify new sales opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s reach.
Oversee the marketing and promotion of the showroom and studio to attract high-end safari drivers and operators.
Develop and execute social media strategies to promote e-commerce sales and drive traffic to the website and social media platforms.
Coordinate with the social media team to create engaging content and leverage influencer partnerships.
Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection for consignment sales.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in retail merchandising, sales management, and e-commerce operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms.
Experience in marketing and social media management is highly desirable.
Knowledge of the safari tourism industry or luxury retail market is a plus.
