- Lead and manage the finance function across all hotels within the group.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support business growth and profitability.
- Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and risk management across the group.
- Partner with the executive team to drive strategic decisions and operational improvements.
- Analyse financial performance and recommend strategies to optimise revenue and cost efficiencies.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and development to the finance team at both property and corporate levels.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in hospitality finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role as CFO or Group Director of Finance.
- Proven track record managing financial operations for multiple hotels (minimum 5-6 properties).
- Strong background in hotel financial systems, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
- Stable career history with reputable hotel brands or groups.
