- Understanding credit, application & collection policy and procedures, and execute in compliance with the company's credit policy
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and credit risks
- Liaise with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client billing
- Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years' experience in credit control, preferably in the travel or service industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High levels of integrity and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
