- Deliver sales targets (revenue, profitability, and market share)
- Develop and retain key customer accounts while expanding into new markets
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across the region
- Build, manage, and grow distributor partnerships
- Provide technical sales support, product demonstrations, and training
- Execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting through CRM tools
- Strong understanding of F&B equipment, components, and applications
- Ability to translate technical specifications into business value for customers
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop, and close new business
- Strong pipeline management and results-driven approach to sales targets
- Identifies market opportunities, customer trends, and competitive positioning
- Aligns regional sales execution with broader business strategy
- Builds long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and distributors

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years’ field sales experience within the F&B or industrial solutions market
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Experience working with distributors and regional sales structures is an added advantage
- Knowledge of target industries (processing, packaging, filtration, pumps, valves, etc.) is highly desirable
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Well-developed sales and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent customer relationship and account management skills
- Strong communication skills (technical and business)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and reporting
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and respect in all interactions
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the region
- Achievement of sales revenue and profitability targets
