Role PurposeTo drive sustainable sales growth and market expansion across Central & Eastern Africa by leveraging technical expertise, building strong customer and distributor relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives within the F&B components and spare parts sector.Key Accountabilities
  • Deliver sales targets (revenue, profitability, and market share)
  • Develop and retain key customer accounts while expanding into new markets
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across the region
  • Build, manage, and grow distributor partnerships
  • Provide technical sales support, product demonstrations, and training
  • Execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting through CRM tools

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5+ years’ field sales experience within the F&B or industrial solutions market
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Experience working with distributors and regional sales structures is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of target industries (processing, packaging, filtration, pumps, valves, etc.) is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
