AGL relies on its 250 subsidiaries in Africa, Haiti, Timor and Indonesia to provide port, ocean, logistics and railway solutions.Regional Internal Auditor M/FMission DescriptionBased in Nairobi and reporting to the Regional Auditor & Internal Controller, the candidate will be responsible to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the internal control system of the organization with specific tasks as:-

Control and ensure that all Group procedures are applied correctly (financial and operational process)
Verify all accounting process (treasury, customers, customers, etc.)
Control operations process (transporters validation, etc.)
Control of all documents/signatures
Control the task segregation and all suppliers IT access
Ensure all expenses are accounted for
Ensure full recoveries are made by operations
File analysis (margin per file, customer, etc.)
Control disbursements in the system and ensure files are in order (billing, documentation in place, etc.)
Analyze credit note files
Control stock taking
Liaise with external auditors and follow up their recommendations
Ensure compliance with Tax regulations and other statutory requirements
Conduct financial and systems audit and ascertain their completeness, effectiveness, and reliability.

CPA (K)
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
