  • Provide general administrative support including answering calls, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and welcoming visitors with excellent customer service.
  • Maintain organized office systems such as files, records, databases, and the campus calendar to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in document and report preparation including typing, editing, formatting, and generating reports using relevant software.
  • Support logistics and coordination for meetings, travel arrangements, accommodations, and unit programs or initiatives.
  • Manage office supplies and consumables, including inventory monitoring, ordering, and administrative requisitions in the Ministry ERP System.
  • Ensure a pleasant and professional office environment that supports client experience and staff comfort.
  • Supervise outsourced service providers to maintain quality service delivery in the unit.
  • Provide relief support to the Finance and Administrative Officer as needed.
  • Take minutes and manage logistics for unit meetings and ensure timely communication and follow-up.
Requirements
  • Must be a born-again, mature Christian who conforms to the CITAM statement of faith.
  • A Diploma in Business Administration or Office Management, a degree in the same field shall be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in office management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous work Experience in a school, a church, or a parachurch organization will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
