We’re helping recruitment teams save money and make the most of their job board advertising.Sales TrainerOur client is a well-established and reputable real estate Company.Inorder to strengthen the capability, confidence, and performance of their sales team comprising of relationship managers and team leaders, they are seeking to hire a well experienced and competent inhouse Sales Trainer.This role is primarily focused on training, coaching, and performance improvement, ensuring sales teams consistently meet and exceed targets through skills development, structured coaching, and effective execution of sales strategies.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end sales capability development by equipping the sales team with the skills, behaviors, and tools required to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and one-on-one performance support for sales team members.
  • Monitor sales performance trends to identify skills gaps and training needs.
  • Support team leaders in improving individual and team sales effectiveness.
  • Reinforce the effective execution of sales campaigns and promotions through training and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership and marketing teams to align training content with current sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and share training and performance insights to support leadership decision-making.
  • Travel to the company's branches across the country to deliver in-person training, coaching sessions, and performance clinics.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, with at least five (5) years in a sales training, coaching, or sales leadership role.
  • Strong background in sales with a proven ability to train, coach, and motivate sales teams.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate sales strategies into clear, practical training interventions.
  • High levels of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and hands-on approach.
