- Responsible for providing excellent customer service in a retail environment.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering queries, and processing transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and respond to incoming communications, including phone calls and emails.
- Act as a central point of contact for information and issue resolution.
- Utilize communication tools and systems to ensure smooth operations with the team.
- Provide administrative support in the department.
- Manage office supplies, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Assist in data entry, file organization, and document preparation.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in the assigned territory.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
