- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, driving value through strong commercial and technical insights.
- Collaborate across teams - Marketing, Technical Service, Supply Operations - to translate technical expertise into business opportunities.
- Execute short-term targets while shaping long-term growth strategies for the market.
- Operate independently with high ownership.
- MSc/MBA in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a technical field - or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years sales experience, preferably with food and multinational industry experience.
- Baking industry experience and technical expertise are a plus.
- Strong sales mindset, result-oriented, and growth-driven.
- Ability to create an annual budget and strategic account planning are key.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a true team player.
- Willingness to travel extensively (50%+) across Africa.
- Fluency in English; IT skills required, SAP knowledge is a plus.
