  • Lead accounts ensuring our solutions meet customer, market, and competitive demands.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, driving value through strong commercial and technical insights.
  • Collaborate across teams - Marketing, Technical Service, Supply Operations - to translate technical expertise into business opportunities.
  • Execute short-term targets while shaping long-term growth strategies for the market.
  • Operate independently with high ownership.
What We're Looking For
  • MSc/MBA in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a technical field - or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years sales experience, preferably with food and multinational industry experience.
  • Baking industry experience and technical expertise are a plus.
  • Strong sales mindset, result-oriented, and growth-driven.
  • Ability to create an annual budget and strategic account planning are key.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a true team player.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50%+) across Africa.
  • Fluency in English; IT skills required, SAP knowledge is a plus.
