- Support the setup and structuring of a dedicated sales department for the new product line.
- Define sales processes, performance standards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor positioning.
- Analyze existing client portfolios and identify prospects for the premium product line.
- Provide management with data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to penetrate the high-end automotive spare parts market.
- Create compelling value propositions for different customer segments.
- Design promotional campaigns and partnership models to increase visibility and sales uptake.
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients, including distributors and dealerships.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients transitioning to the premium product tier.
- Provide regular market updates, competitor intelligence, and performance analysis.
- Advise on pricing, distribution models, and product positioning to drive sustainable growth.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in sales, business development, or market analysis (automotive/spare parts/FMCG industry preferred).
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
