  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop annual group marketing strategy aligned to business targets
  • Create brand positioning for each company
  • Define target customer segments and value propositions
  • Develop campaign calendars for all brands
  • Prepare and manage marketing budget
  • Revenue & Lead Generation
  • Build structured lead generation funnels
  • Support sales with marketing materials and pitch decks
  • Design B2B acquisition campaigns
  • Track and optimize cost per lead
  • Support tender visibility and market intelligence
  • Brand Management
  • Standardize brand identity across all companies
  • Ensure consistent messaging and visual alignment
  • Manage website, social media, PR and digital presence
  • Develop thought leadership positioning for leadership team
  • Digital & Performance Marketing
  • Manage digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
  • Oversee content creation (case studies, brochures, newsletters)
  • Improve website traffic and conversion rates
  • Implement CRM / lead tracking system
  • Market Intelligence
  • Competitor analysis
  • Industry trend tracking
  • Customer feedback analysis
  • Recommend new product or service positioning

RequirementsQualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • 5-8 years' experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience managing multiple brands
  • Strong digital marketing capability
  • Data-driven and commercially oriented
  • Strong presentation and strategic thinking skills
