- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution
- Registered Member of the relevant professional body (IHRM) in good standing.
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Implement human resource policies, rules, and regulations
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system
- Facilitate orientation and induction of new employees
- Identify staff training needs and coordinating training programs
- Maintain training and development records
- Handle employee welfare matters including leave and medical schemes
- Assist in managing employee grievances and disciplinary procedures
- Support implementation of performance management systems
- Monitor staff performance and compiling appraisal reports
- Prepare HR statistical reports and workforce data
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Advise departments on HR matters and procedures
- Participate in the development and review of HR policies and manuals
- Manage confidential HR records in accordance with data protection regulation.
- Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
