- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably within manufacturing or print/packaging.
- Proven track record in business development, revenue growth, and managing sales teams.
- Experience using CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and sales reporting software.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities.
- Results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy, set sales targets and forecasts, and identify growth opportunities across products, sectors, and markets.
- Provide pricing and market positioning recommendations based on market insights.
- Sales Operations & Process Optimization: Oversee daily sales and customer service operations, ensuring efficient processes, accurate reporting, and coordination with production, logistics, and finance for smooth order fulfillment.
- Business Development & Brand Positioning: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand into new market segments or geographies, and represent the company at industry events to strengthen brand presence.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensure high service standards, and manage major negotiations or escalations when required.
- Market Intelligence & Data-Driven Sales Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with production, marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales activities with operational capacity and business goals.
- Team Management & Development: Lead and mentor the sales team by setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
- Departmental Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and contractual obligations while maintaining ethical sales practices.
