- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans aligned with business goals.
- Drive brand positioning and visibility through integrated promotional campaigns and digital outreach.
- Set and monitor departmental goals and sales performance metrics, using data insights to guide decision-making.
- Drive corporate sales growth while leading and supporting the sales team, with a clear focus on achieving revenue targets and ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Lead outbound sales efforts including presentations, product demos, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Strategize in MDU sales activities and retention.
- Foster and expand relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to secure long-term business.
- Oversee the development of compelling advertising and promotional materials to support sales targets.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage pipelines, track leads, and optimize customer engagement processes.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistency across sales, marketing, technical and operational teams.
- Provide market-driven insights to inform product innovation and pricing strategies.
- Champion continuous improvement of marketing materials, customer touchpoints, and lead conversion tactics.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in senior sales and marketing roles, preferably in the ISP.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a fast-growing ISP environment is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or digital marketing are an added advantage.
- Proven track record of driving commercial success through strategic leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
