- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, in full, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring
- Ensure resource availability and allocation covering both low and peak seasons
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure, ensure and report project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate matters to senior management as needed
- Manage the relationship with clients and other stakeholders
- Perform risk management and ensure all identified risks are mitigated to a minimal level
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Champion safe work procedures and conditions ensuring zero injury to staff
- Respond to inquiries, requests, and complaints from clients and customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, physical, chat etc.
- Provide accurate and timely information, guidance, and assistance to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Ensure service to client(s) is offered as per the SLA and within the contracted pricing
- Contract management ensuring SLA is adhered to and all matters arising are addressed using relevant clauses in the contracts
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
