- Applicants for the role of RPL Practitioner must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Hold at least a Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from a recognised and accredited institution;
- Possess a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in Human Resource Management practice;
- Hold Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) qualification;
- Be a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) in good standing
- Evidence of prior training in Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) will be considered an added advantage.

- Possess at least fifteen (15) years of verifiable industry experience in Human Resource Management;
- Be a Fellow of the Institute of Human Resource Management (FIHRM) in good standing;
- Evidence of prior training in Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) will be considered an added advantage.
