- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, administration and sales team supervision.
- Experience within FMCG or Fresh produce(FFV) sector.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing issues related to pricing, product quality, and delivery timelines.
- Support training, coaching, and performance management of the sales team.
- Monitor daily sales performance, promotions, and field activities.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes and systems (DMS usage, reporting, collections, etc.).
- Track market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Support continuous improvement of sales processes and workflows.
- Oversee deliveries, drivers, and fulfillment teams.
- Manage inventory reconciliation, returns, and collections.
- Support product availability reporting and stock updates.
- Monitor order fulfillment and claims resolution processes.
- Identify inefficiencies in fulfillment and sales processes.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
- Prepare reports on fuel consumption, costs, and operational metrics.
- Document discrepancies and operational incidents.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to reduce fuel consumption.
- Implement fuel-saving strategies and monitor usage.
- Analyze costs and identify savings opportunities.
- Support budgeting and cost control initiatives
