- The job holder will be responsible for preparing sales
- Reports,Market trends analysis and performance dashboards for management review .
- Ability to interpret sales data ,track KPI's ,and generate actionable insightstodrive sales performance .
- Strong data processing skills , including proficiency in Excel Ensure Up selling (value brands) and cross selling of portfolioas well asbuilding standard stock cover. Identify, negotiate, plan and execute activation opportunities suchaspromotions and tastings with customer in line with the territory sales plan.
- Ability to prepare sales reports, market trends analysis and performancedashboards for management review .
- Receive, follow up and resolve all customer queries and complaintsincollaboration with the customer service team in an efficient manner.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to the territory manager tofacilitate proper planning.
- Gather market intelligence and communicate the same to management soasenhance business performance.
- They must have a minimum degree in Sales & Marketing - strictly sales and marketing - from a reputable institution.
- Should have a minimum of 1 years experience, preferably handling Furniture.
- Posses ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Be proficient in customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationshipwithclients and internal teams .
- Have a demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence crediblyand effectively to costumers.
