- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor discrepancies.
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Process and manage invoices, expense reports, and payments.
- Verify and reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns and other compliance reports.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor actual expenses against budgets and report variances.
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with relevant certifications such as CPA or ACCA.
- Holding an Advanced Accountant Certificate (Section 6).
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
- Experience in fixed asset management.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally), including voucher entry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including various calculation functions.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Effective communication and strong organizational skills.
