Company Overview:Our Client is a leading provider of solar energy solutions. They specialize in harnessing sustainable energy sources to power homes and businesses while reducing environmental impact. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a dedicated staff with both technical and sales & marketing skills to drive growth and provide technical support to clients.The RoleResponsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect potential customers interested in solar products & solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Conduct thorough technical assessments of customer energy needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present product demonstrations and educate clients on the benefits of solar energy technologies.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive bids and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and government incentives related to renewable energy.
Ideal Profile
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the solar energy or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with solar energy technologies and solar panel systems is preferred.
  • Those with on-job training formal training in solar energy/products are encouraged to apply
