- Identify and prospect potential customers interested in solar products & solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct thorough technical assessments of customer energy needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and educate clients on the benefits of solar energy technologies.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive bids and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and government incentives related to renewable energy.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the solar energy or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with solar energy technologies and solar panel systems is preferred.
- Those with on-job training formal training in solar energy/products are encouraged to apply
