ResponsibilitiesThe position of Integrated Marketing and GTM Manager is part of the Yara East Africa Entity (Kenya) management team and is responsible for developing and implementing Yara Kenya and Uganda marketing strategy aligned to support Yara sales/commercial strategy. This position is based in Nairobi, Kenya reporting to the Country Manager with a dotted line to the Regional Strategic Marketing Manager, Africa.
  • Actively looking for efficiencies to deliver on marketing plan and budget optimization while managing marketing budgets for Kenya & Uganda.
  • Co-ordinate and develop integrated Yara messaging across various platforms and all traditional channels in line with brand guidelines and sales strategy requirements.
  • Manage all third-party agencies according to budgets from conception through to delivery in line with sales strategy priorities.
  • Produce and keep up to date a clear set of brand elements and communication materials in accordance with regional and global standards.
  • Work with the Country Lead, Commercial Managers and Regional Office to design an efficient channel partner marketing framework.
  • Fully accountable for both strategic planning and execution of all digital solution user acquisition and engagement in coordination with region and local teams.
  • Responsible in building, conceptualizing & executing campaign plan to acquire and engage users at various cycles using different touchpoints.
Profile
  • A university degree or its equivlent in Marketing or Business related studies from a recognized Institute.
  • A post graduate degree or diploma in business related field is an added advantage.
  • 7 years progressive experience in a multinational organization.
  • 3 years progressive experience in a senior Marketing role.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in people management.
  • Computer literacy (advanced Microsoft office applications)
  • Fluent in English language.

  • Understanding of research (qualitative and quantitative studies)
