Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients,
  • Engage with customers to conduct thorough discovery sessions, analyzing business
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, technical demonstrations, and proof-of concept sessions. Collaborate with technical architects, engineers, and account executives to craft detailed proposals and responses to RFPs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to closure, including pipeline development, qualification, opportunity management, contract negotiation, and handover to post-sales delivery teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365 features, licensing models, and roadmap. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to position Microsoft 365 effectively in the market.
  • Work closely with marketing, technical, and customer success teams to develop go-to market strategies, sales collateral, and training materials. Share best practices and insights across the organization to elevate overall sales performance. Continuous
  • Pursuing ongoing training and certifications related to Microsoft 365, cloud productivity, and solution selling, ensuring a high level of expertise and credibility in all customer engagements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a presales, technical sales, or solution specialist role— preferably within cloud productivity, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and the Microsoft security and compliance ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to run workshops, lead discovery sessions, and conduct technical demonstrations (remote and onsite).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with decision[1]makers at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in proposal writing, RFP response, and solution documentation.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technology solutions environment.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
