- Order Management: annual order entry, ensure sales orders are entered on time for all entry channels, Henkel eshop and EDI monitoring mgmt of orders
- Invoicing and Claims Management: invoice entry and mgmt, commercial credit and debit note mgmt, claims and complaints mgmt Master Data,
- Report Mngmt & KPI: support to MDM team in generating reports for CSX operations, to achieve KPIs, use ticketing system for cases mgmt Close collaboration with internal/external partners/functions, judging and aligning priorities to meet customer expectations and needs
- Support the implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes, including customer experience testing via CSX org
- Contribute actively to reviewing existing operations in own area of work and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements
- Prioritize own workflow and ensure work is completed to the required standards of productivity, quality and timeliness, use KPI’s, perf mgmt systems
- Utilize cust serv support systems and tools (SAP, SCBI & Service Cloud), driving efficiencies and providing feedback to contribute to improvement
- Plan own activities according to demand to ensure business continuity, enhance efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction Comply with Henkel Corporate Standards, Global SHE and Sustainability requirements
- 2+ years' experience in Customer Service and Logistics
- Excellent collaboration and customer management
