IT and Digital Marketing Director (ENTRY LEVEL)

• Manage and maintain Indigo's website (theindigobiz.com) to ensure it is fully functional and user-friendly for both desktop and mobile versions. This includes all forms functionality, payment gateways, etc.

• Oversee all digital marketing content, including Social Media (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X), Google Analytics, and Google SEO.
• Develop and implement a content calendar for email marketing, blogs, and other digital channels.

• Create and implement a central task system for the company to streamline communication and information sharing across the organization.

• Implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for sales staff to enhance customer interactions and improve sales processes.

• Develop company-related documents such as sales and expense templates, daily sales reports, etc.
• Assist Operations staff with document creation and other tasks as needed.

• Create, edit, and submit high-quality social media content aligning with the CEO's vision for Indigo and promoting the Car Care Club.
• Submit content weekly by 7 pm Friday for posting approval across all social media platforms.

• Ensure that promotions, discounts, events, etc., are effectively promoted across the website and social media platforms.

• Ensure the Indigo Affiliate Marketing Program is easily accessible via the website. Monitor and correct all affiliate transactions and reporting any issues.
• Market and promote Indigo's affiliate marketing program to ensure enrollment of affiliates.
• Create a portal to track affiliate payments and address issues, including FAQs.

• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the management that fall under the purview of the Digital Marketing Director.

• The ideal candidate for this job will be able to thrive in a small growing, fast-paced company.
• The candidate MUST possess the right tools for the job as this will be a remote/hybrid position. These include (laptop, smartphone, wi-fi access).
• Please note the candidate will be fully employed by Indigo and will be required to commit the entirety of their allotted working time to Indigo Distribution Limited.
• This is NOT a part time/independent agency position.
