- Answer and direct incoming and outgoing calls promptly and efficiently.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, and meetings held in school.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) proficiently to create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and manage emails.
- Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in the expected time.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations of the reception area.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with visitors, parents, and staff.
- Handle inquiries and requests with professionalism and integrity.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
- Diploma in Secretarial studies or a business-related course.
- Additional Certification such as Certified Public Secretaries is an added advantage.
- 1 Year working experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Polite and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach.
