  • Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Consultant Physician to provide specialist internal medicine services. The role involves managing complex medical cases, leading patient care plans, and working closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert diagnosis and treatment for patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Conduct outpatient clinics, inpatient ward rounds, and emergency internal medicine care.
  • Order, perform, and interpret relevant diagnostic tests and procedures.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with other specialists.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records.

Consultant Pediatrician
  • Our client seeks a skilled and compassionate Consultant Pediatrician to provide specialized care for infants, children, and adolescents. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality pediatric services, work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the growth of our healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist diagnosis and treatment for a range of pediatric conditions.
  • Manage acute and chronic illnesses in infants, children, and adolescents.

IFF Sales ExecutiveKey Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Operations
  • Adhere to the guidelines governing the process of opening files in terms of capturing accurate information to always ensure visibility, and in line with the modifications made recently on our client TMS to capture same.
  • Monthly reporting of IFF volume pipeline and conversions
  • Monthly reporting and tracking of IFF volume client activities and margins
  • Commercial
  • Directly manage the selling of IFF into the Kenyan market in conjunction with the country commercial manager as well as IFF regional Manager
  • Propose IFF to existing company pool of customers currently enjoying last mile and customs clearance services only
  • Conduct detailed analysis in terms of customers that the company does not work with today either on local clearing and forwarding, what terms they buy under from their suppliers and what needs to be done to convert their terms of sale to EXW or FOB (Origin) and to secure locally their IFF flows.
  • Cross trade sales, especially in certain countries such as Egypt where there is significant cross trade and intra-Africa flows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field - or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a busy logistics, clearing, and forwarding environment, with proven sales performance in International Freight Forwarding (IFF).
  • In-depth knowledge of clearing, forwarding, and shipping processes, including Incoterms (EXW, FOB, etc.) and cross-trade operations.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills to identify, target, and convert potential IFF clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities to engage with clients, shipping lines, and internal teams.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach, with resilience and the ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in handling client relationships and company information.
Business Development Lead – Clearing and ForwardingJOB PURPOSE
  • Organize and lead the sustainable and profitable development of the business.
  • Functionally and administratively responsible for all Sales & Marketing Activities in Kenya and Uganda
  • Support Sales & Marketing activities in Uganda and other regions as per company business requirements
  • Build & maintain strong relationship with customers and clear customer communication strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term profitable growth
  • Sales Performance
  • Implementation of sales plan, based on overall business objectives and strategy and following up of performance including corrective actions as needed to achieve the objectives.
  • Develop and apply pricing structures for key clients and perform negotiations on contracts and conditions with key customers.
