Oversee the setup and full operationalization of the senior school
Provide academic and administrative leadership
Guide CBC-aligned lesson planning, assessments, and learner portfolios
Mentor teachers through coaching and professional development
Foster strategic partnerships with parents and education stakeholders
Champion innovation, co-curricular development, and holistic learning

Who We're Looking For

You're an experienced education professional with a track record of academic leadership. Specifically:
Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed) or related field
Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC)
At least 6 years of teaching experience, including 2+ years in school leadership
Proven experience as a Principal or Head Teacher
Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
Proficiency in ICT and digital learning tools
Location: Nairobi
