We are intensely focused, fast growing and super passionate about what we do.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking energetic, self-driven, and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Loan Officers and Recovery Officers.
  • Loan Officers will be responsible for identifying potential clients, assessing their creditworthiness, training them on loan products, and ensuring proper loan disbursement and monitoring.
  • Recovery Officers will focus on managing loan arrears, negotiating repayment plans, recovering overdue amounts, and maintaining healthy portfolio quality.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESLoan Officers:
  • Marketing and sales of loan products.
  • Client training and capacity building.
  • Client assessment and appraisal.
  • Credit decision-making within set guidelines.
  • Loan monitoring and portfolio management.
Recovery Officers:
  • Monitoring and following up on delinquent accounts.
  • Negotiating and implementing repayment arrangements.
  • Ensuring compliance with collection policies and procedures.
  • Managing client relationships to encourage repayment and retention.
  • Preparing recovery reports for management review.
REQUIREMENTS (Applicable to both roles)
  • Minimum age: 24 years.
  • Diploma in a Business-related discipline (degree is an added advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in table banking, group lending, agribusiness, or credit industry is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work with targets and strict deadlines.
  • Good planning, analytical, and monitoring skills.
  • Willingness to work in any part of Kenya.
  • High integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
  • Capacity to work long hours and in challenging environments.
