  • We are pleased to announce an opportunity for the position of Sales Supervisor Nairobi Region.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in leading a team of medical sales representatives in promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and medical facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and mentor a team of medical sales representatives.
  • Set performance goals and objectives for the sales team.
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets and market share objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Track sales metrics and KPIs, preparing regular reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Manage sales budgets and optimize resource allocation.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales. Minimum 3 years.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience in sales is preferred.
  • Experience in urology is an added advantage.
