- We are pleased to announce an opportunity for the position of Sales Supervisor Nairobi Region.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in leading a team of medical sales representatives in promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and medical facilities.
- Train and mentor a team of medical sales representatives.
- Set performance goals and objectives for the sales team.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets and market share objectives.
- Analyse market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Track sales metrics and KPIs, preparing regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Manage sales budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales. Minimum 3 years.
- Supervisory or leadership experience in sales is preferred.
- Experience in urology is an added advantage.
