- Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for the employer and family members to various destinations.
- Plan routes in advance, considering traffic and road conditions, to ensure punctual arrivals.
- Maintain the vehicle in top condition, including regular cleaning, fueling, servicing, and ensuring all documentation (insurance, inspection) is up to date.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks (oil, water, tires, brakes, fuel) before trips.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, servicing, and repairs.
- Ensure strict adherence to traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Assist with loading/unloading of items, shopping, and luggage as needed.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding family matters at all times.
- Be available and flexible to adjust to changing schedules or occasional travel outside Nairobi.
- Represent the family with professionalism and courtesy when interacting with third parties
- Ability to communicate comfortably in English Language
- (A minimum academic qualification of KCSE will be an advantage)
- Kenya ID
- Valid Driver's License
- Current Police of Certificate of Good Conduct
- Reference from previous employer (will be an advantage)
- Comfortable with the use of a Smartphone
- Conversant with Nairobi Road Network
- Very time conscious
- Professional conduct
