- Safely transport the Company Director to meetings, events, airports, and other appointments in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and select the most efficient routes, accounting for traffic and road conditions to ensure punctuality.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring comfort and discretion at all times.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in impeccable condition, ensuring cleanliness, regular servicing, and mechanical soundness.
- Conduct routine checks on fuel, oil, brakes, tires, and other key components.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and insurance renewals with approved vendors.
- Oversee the condition and maintenance of the company's fleet, ensuring vehicles are always roadworthy and well-maintained.
- Handle all matters and communications with strict confidentiality and integrity.
- Demonstrate discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
- Run errands, including delivery and collection of documents, packages, and other essential items as required.
- Support the Executive Assistant or Office Manager with logistics and ad hoc travel-related tasks.
- Comply with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain a clean driving record and up-to-date licenses and certifications.
- Stay informed about current road conditions and potential safety concerns.
- Be readily available for early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday assignments as required.
- Respond to last-minute schedule changes with a proactive and professional attitude.

- Education & Certifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Documented defensive driving skills and training.
- In-depth knowledge of local and regional routes, traffic patterns, and GPS navigation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and fleet operations.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or executive environment.
- Prior experience with fleet coordination or management is a plus.
- Primarily a driving role with possible waiting periods during meetings or events.
- May require extended hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the Directors schedule.
- Occasional travel outside the Nairobi area may be required.
- Timeliness and reliability of transportation services.
- Condition and cleanliness of assigned and company fleet vehicles.
- Quality of service as assessed by the Company Director and executive team.
- Adherence to traffic laws, safety standards, and compliance protocols.
- Accuracy in maintaining records (fuel logs, servicing schedules, insurance tracking).
