  • Provide comprehensive outpatient nursing services including triage, procedures, medication administration, and patient counseling
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in line with hospital and professional standards
  • Support preventive care services such as immunizations, nutritional assessments, and well-baby checks
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for emergency and follow-up care
  • Participate in quality improvement and health promotion activities
  • Maintain professional licensure, CPD certification, and up-to-date nursing competencies
RequirementsQualifications & Competencies
  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing recognized by the Nursing Council of Kenya
  • Current registration and license with the Nursing Council of Kenya
  • Certification in PILS/EPALS and Phlebotomy
  • Proficient in outpatient care procedures and use of medical equipment
  • Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and cultural competence
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
Project Accountant- NairobiThe Project Accountant will ensure financial accuracy and efficiency in managing project-specific accounting activities through tracking costs, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory and company regulations. The role directly supports the successful delivery of the real estate projects by managing budgets, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing actionable financial insights.RequirementsResponsibilities
  • Financial Reporting
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
  • Close monthly accounts, ensuring reconciliations of key accounts such as bank, receivables and payables are accurate and timely.
  • Project Accounting
  • Track actual project costs against approved business cases and contracts.
  • Provide variance analyses and recommendations to address budget deviations.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for all ongoing projects.
  • Monitor performance against budgets and propose adjustments where necessary.
  • Transaction processing
  • Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including payment processing, supplier management, and staff reimbursements.
  • Customer Management
  • Support the sales and customer service teams by managing customer accounts in the company's CRM system.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and collections, resolving any customer-related financial issues.
  • Statutory and Tax compliance
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, including VAT, PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, and other statutory deductions.
  • Liaise with auditors during statutory and internal auditors to ensure seamless processes.
  • Risk and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal audit and other departments to identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Develop and implement robust financial controls and compliance measures.
  • Treasury management
  • Manage weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and project needs.
  • Process improvement
  • Propose and implement improvements in financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fully qualified Accountant (CPA-K, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • K.C.S.E Grade of B+ and above, with at least a B+ in Mathematics and English.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in project accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • In- depth knowledge of IFRS and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
