- MBA (Sales & Marketing), Polymer Engineering, or Graduate with Polymer Postgraduate Diploma
- 5-7 years’ experience in polymer sales and business development
- Strong understanding of PP, PE, PVC, and specialty polymer markets
- Proven track record in achieving revenue and margin targets
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- with the ability to build long-term customer relationships
- High ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving ability, strong collaboration skills, and a results-driven approach
- Business Development: Expand territory sales, manage key accounts, acquire new customers, and achieve agreed margin targets while maintaining a structured product-customer matrix. (Polymers PP, PE, PVC & Specialty Grades)
- Distribution & Revenue Management: Deliver tonnage and revenue targets, monitor stock movement, and ensure timely customer collections.
- Credit & Cost Control: Recommend and monitor customer credit limits, maintain accurate debtor records, and support stock reconciliation processes.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Conduct market analysis, track industry trends, perform regular client visits, and submit structured sales and pipeline reports.
