- Greet and assist patients & visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Obtain, verify, and update patient information in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Ensure accuracy in patient records, including billing and insurance information.
- Guide patients in completing necessary documentation and insurance forms.
- Manage incoming calls-answering, screening, and directing appropriately.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, and relay messages accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Support the dental team by initiating calls as requested by dentists or the office manager.
- Stay updated with clinic policies and operational procedures.
- Uphold excellent customer service and support the clinic's customer care strategy.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ front office/reception experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); familiarity with dental or health management systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
