Project Manager – Jiinue Growth Program (JGP) at Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI)

• Provide overall leadership & coordination of JGP.
• Develop and implement strategies, budgets & work plans.
• Oversee project monitoring, evaluation & reporting.
• Build strong partnerships with MSMEs, financial institutions & partners.
• Supervise staff & ensure compliance with donor/KNCCI requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, Development Studies, or related field (Master’s an advantage).
• 5+ years project management experience (donor-funded/MSME projects preferred). Strong financial/grant management & stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
