  • Demonstrated leadership in managing marketing teams
  • Deep expertise in social media trends, strategy, and engagement
  • Proficiency in performance marketing, SEO, analytics, and campaign management
  • Strong creative vision, storytelling and brand-building skills
  • Passionate, innovative, and travel-enthusiastic mindset
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and execute a data-led multi-channel marketing strategy
  • Grow and manage brand identity across digital touchpoints
  • Oversee social media strategy, influence, and audience engagement
  • Manage performance marketing: Paid Ads (Google, Meta), SEO, email, affiliates
  • Lead CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Define and monitor KPIs to adapt and improve campaigns
  • Inspire and mentor the marketing team with clear strategies and support
  • Collaborate with product, design, and sales for aligned messaging
