The role ensures excellent customer engagement while delivering a consistent Royal Mabati sales and brand experience.Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Experience in roofing, construction, hardware, or manufacturing is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to in-person or inbound customer inquiries about products and pricing.
  • Promote products and close sales within the office/showroom environment. Follow up on internal leads and referrals.
  • Update CRM with lead status and interaction notes.
  • Provide personalized service and build rapport with walk-in clients.
  • Handle objections and guide customers through the purchase process. • Meet or exceed individual sales targets.
  • Report daily sales figures and lead conversions.
  • Adhere to company sales policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy in product descriptions and price communication
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (English & Kiswahili)
  • Sales-driven with strong closing ability
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented
  • Ability to explain technical products clearly
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Basic computer literacy (CRM, Excel, POS systems)
