At Pavicon (k) limited, we believe that dynamic thinking and an open mind coupled with training enables us to find newer ways to work efficiently, thereby adding value to our customers.Logistics OfficerPavicon Group is looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Officer to join our Supply Chain team. This role is key to supporting our operations across Telecom, Renewable Energy, and Civil Works projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing fleet management, warehouse operations, and logistics compliance, ensuring that materials and equipment are efficiently, safely, and timely delivered and stored to support project success across the country.Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate vehicle deployment, maintain driver logs, and optimize fleet scheduling.
  • Supervise inbound/outbound logistics, including loading, offloading, and material storage.
  • Oversee accurate receiving, inventory tracking, issuance, and reconciliation across project sites.
  • Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance claims, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure HSE standards are adhered to in all logistics activities (fleet and warehouse).
  • Track and reconcile fuel usage, control logistics-related spending, and support cost-efficiency.
  • Supervise warehouse and driving staff, conduct regular trainings, and promote operational excellence.
  • Generate monthly reports on fleet usage, inventory levels, fuel consumption, and safety compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, and fleet operations.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and fleet coordination tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
  • Valid Defensive Driving certification and familiarity with NTSA regulations is an added advantage.
  • Experience in Telecom, Energy, or Construction sectors is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to safety and compliance.
