- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
- Drive staff engagement initiatives to boost morale, foster collaboration, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Organize and facilitate performance reviews and appraisals to support employee development and organizational goals.
- Manage staff welfare programs, including benefits administration, employee support, and wellness initiatives tailored to a HealthTech environment.
- Handle HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, compliance documentation, and generating HR reports.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to align with the company's
- commitment to a diverse workforce.
- Coordinate training and development programs, including compliance training specific to healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
- Assist in managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious workplace.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and industry-specific standards relevant to a HealthTech company.
- Support payroll administration, including tracking attendance, leave, and overtime for accurate compensation processing.
- Collaborate with IT and data security teams to ensure HR systems comply with data protection policies, safeguarding sensitive employee and patient-related information.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems to ensure accurate and secure record- keeping.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the
- company's mission and regulatory requirements in the HealthTech sector.
- Minimum of a Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a technology or HealthTech company is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., data privacy, workplace safety) is a plus.
